You will first be notified by email of the required documents our Quality Control Team require to move forward in the verification process of your listing.

  • At the bottom of the email, click on the blue button that says “Update my Listing”.
  • This will redirect you to your CanadaStays listing page where you will submit the documents to our Quality Control Team
  • At the listing page, there will be a “Submit” button to provide the documentation directly

Please do not respond to the email providing the documents for verification. This is a no reply email, and our Quality Control Team will not be able to receive your documents this way.
