To enable or disable text message notifications, you will need to first log into your CanadaStays account.

  1. Go to and log into your account by clicking the Log In button in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Once logged in, click your name in the top right corner of the page and click the Account Dashboard button.
  3. On the left side of the page, click the Profile button, then click the Contact Information button. 
  4. If you do not have a phone number added, please add a phone number by clicking the button Add Phone Number & have this phone number verified. 
  5. Once you have a phone number added & verified, please click the three dots under the Actions tab on the right side of the page. 
  6. A drop down menu will appear. Click Use for Text Messages.
  7. Under the Notification Preferences, ensure the Text Message Notifications alert box is checked off. This will prompt the system to send a text message when a booking is received.
