If you would like to refund the damage deposit earlier than 7 days. You can manually refund the deposit from the CanadaStays system.
- Go to www.canadastays.com and log into your account by clicking the Login button in the top right corner of the page.
- Once logged in, click on the reservation tab on the left side of the page. Find and click the reservation that you would like to open a claim for.
- This page will outline the reservation details that had occurred. Under the section that states Damage Deposit, click Refund.
- A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the refund and the traveller will be notified.
