If you would like to refund the damage deposit earlier than 7 days. You can manually refund the deposit from the CanadaStays system. 

  1. Go to www.canadastays.com and log into your account by clicking the Login button in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Once logged in, click on the reservation tab on the left side of the page. Find and click the reservation that you would like to open a claim for.
  3. This page will outline the reservation details that had occurred. Under the section that states Damage Deposit, click Refund.
  4. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the refund and the traveller will be notified.
