Once an owner has opened a claim for the damage deposit and an agreement cannot reach with the traveller, our CanadaStays arbitration team will step in. CanadaStays will only step in after 7 days from when the claim has been opened. 

Once the CanadaStays arbitration team is involved, they may request additional information from both parties. When a decision has been reached by arbitration, CanadaStays will notify both parties the result.
