When an owner opens a claim for the travellers damage deposit. A period of 7 days is given to both parties to come to an agreement. CanadaStays will automatically be notified once the 7 day period is up and will be in touch with both parties then.
CanadaStays will not intervene if the claim is less than 7 days old.
